  5. School Organization & Management

    • Layout and functioning of a nursery classroom

    • Role of teachers, assistants, and school administration

  6. Value Education and Child Rights

    • Moral education and life skills

    • Right to Education (RTE), child protection laws

    • Teaching respect, empathy, and social behavior
