    • Role of a motor mechanic in the automobile industry

    • Safety precautions and tools used in the trade

  • Automobile Basics

    • Classification of vehicles

    • Types of engines: petrol, diesel, 2-stroke, 4-stroke

    • Introduction to engine components and layout

  • Engine System (Petrol & Diesel)

    • Internal combustion engine fundamentals

    • Engine cooling systems (air and water cooled)

    • Lubrication systems – types, function, and maintenance

    • Fuel supply system – carburetor, fuel pump, injectors

    • Exhaust systems and emission control basics

  • Ignition Systems

    • Battery ignition system

    • Magneto ignition

    • Spark plugs and timing

  • Electrical System (Basics)

    • Vehicle wiring systems

    • Battery types and maintenance

    • Alternator and starting motor basics


2. Trade Practical (Workshop Training)

  • Engine dismantling and assembling (2-stroke and 4-stroke)
