    • Principles and philosophies (Idealism, Realism, Pragmatism)

  3. Anatomy and Physiology (Basics)

    • Structure and functions of human body systems

    • Muscular and skeletal system

    • Effect of exercise on body systems

  4. Health Education and Hygiene

    • Personal and community hygiene

    • Nutrition, first aid, and safety

    • Communicable diseases and prevention

  5. Physical Fitness, Wellness & Lifestyle

    • Components of fitness

    • Developing a healthy lifestyle

    • Yoga and stress management


Semester 2: Practical & Applied Knowledge

  1. Sports Training (Basics)

    • Training principles and types

    • Warming up, cooling down

    • Motor fitness components

  2. Track and Field (Athletics)

    • Running, jumping, and throwing techniques

    • Basic rules and measurements

    • Organization of athletic meets

  3. Team Games (Any Two)
