Syllabus 

Module 1: Fundamentals of Naturopathy

  • Principles and philosophy of naturopathy

  • Five elements (Panchamahabhutas) and their role in health

  • Concept of vital force and self-healing

Module 2: Anatomy and Physiology

  • Basic human anatomy and physiology relevant to naturopathy

  • Body systems (digestive, respiratory, circulatory, nervous, etc.)

  • Role of body systems in health maintenance

Module 3: Naturopathic Therapies

  • Introduction and practice of major natural therapies:

    • Hydrotherapy (compresses, baths, enemas, colon irrigation)

    • Mud Therapy (mud packs, mud baths)

    • Diet Therapy (raw foods, fasting, detox diets)

    • Massage Therapy (relaxation, lymphatic, reflexology)

    • Sun Therapy (heliotherapy)

    • Chromotherapy (color therapy)

    • Acupressure and Magnet Therapy (basics)

Module 4: Nutrition & Natural Diet

  • Principles of naturopathic nutrition

  • Role of alkaline foods, fruits, and raw vegetables

  • Juice therapy and fasting for healing

  • Meal planning for various conditions

Module 5: Yoga & Lifestyle Management

  • Introduction to yoga and its integration with naturopathy

  • Asanas, pranayama, and meditation for therapeutic use

  • Daily routines (Dinacharya) and seasonal routines (Ritucharya)

  • Stress management and sleep hygiene

Module 6: Detoxification & Disease Management

  • Understanding toxins and detox mechanisms

  • Naturopathic approach to common disorders:
